Millbrook HS (2023) 3B/OF Nate Brookshire was red hot last week for the Pioneers and is an easy choice for the Week 2 Valley Baseball Scout Player of the Week. On Tuesday, Brookshire went 2-for-4 with a double, SB, 2 Runs, and 2 RBIs in the Pioneers 10-7 win over Liberty. He followed that up with a monster game on Thursday against Warren County going 5-for-5 with 2 HRs, 3 doubles, 4 Runs, and 7 RBIs. On the week the Shepherd University commit went 7-for-9 with 4 doubles, 2 HRs, and 9 RBIs.
